Monica is an experienced marketing and government relations consultant specializing in bottom-up brand development and outcome-driven messaging strategies. After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in communication, Monica honed her journalism and political media skills. She went on to run multiple political campaigns focusing on grassroots activation and messaging. This experience ultimately culminated in establishing her own consulting practice. Monica has client experience in various industries— product-based, service-oriented, and nonprofit organizations. These collaborations have allowed her to guide each entity she works with toward reaching its target audience through tailored strategic marketing initiatives. With a talent for fostering close-knit working relationships with organizational leadership as a thought partner and strategic trailblazer, one of Monica's most recent accomplishments includes procuring nearly a million dollars in government funding on behalf of a client.

Hailing from North End Tacoma, Monica resides in University Place alongside her husband and Malamute, Elli. As a self-proclaimed book lover, constitutional law aficionado and aspiring yogi and weightlifter, her eclectic interests lend themselves to shaping the unique perspective she brings to each organization she collaborates with.

Trent was an entrepreneur in his own right before making the jump into administration and data management.

Above all, Trent is recognized for his sharp attention to detail accuracy, business compliance, and efficient communication channels. His comprehensive background makes him an invaluable asset.

A Tacoma native, Trent now resides in University Place. He is a political junky, radio and podcast lover and enjoys staying up to date with all the happenings around the South Sound.
